ORA-600: [kglLockOwnersListDelete] When Executing Queries (Doc ID 1399698.1)

We maintain an active lock count in the handle (kglhdslc) which is an unsigned 2-byte integer value. If we get too many locks, this count will overflow and will finally end up causing the kgllockownerslistdelete assert.

Symptoms

When executing queries against the database the following error is raised:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kglLockOwnersListDelete], [0x1DC9512F8], [0x182239AA8]
