ORA-600: [kglLockOwnersListDelete] When Executing Queries

We maintain an active lock count in the handle (kglhdslc) which is an unsigned 2-byte integer value. If we get too many locks, this count will overflow and will finally end up causing the kgllockownerslistdelete assert.
