Ora-28500 Error Link To DG4DB2 - Remote Database not found (Doc ID 1400442.1)

I had created a dblink to db2 via DRDA or DG4DB2 Gateway 11.2
After configuring the listener.ora ,tnsnames.ora,init*.ora to test the dblink, this error occurs.
[Oracle] [ODBC DB2 Wire protocol driver] Remote Database not found

Gateway trace file shows:

hgopoer, line 231: got native error 1242 and sqlstate HY000; message follows...
[Oracle][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver]Remote Database Not Found: CRPDTA {HY000,NativeErr = 1242}
