Symptoms

An application fails with  ORA-25253 listen failed, %s.%s. queue is not enabled for dequeue

The error is supposed to print the queue name in place of %s.%s.  The following query would  give us the queues not enabled for dequeue.

 

Changes

A user or an application have manually stopped a queue.
