Symptoms
Streams Local propagation or having a propagation job sending LCRs from a Streams Capture queue to
another separate queue on the same database where an Apply process will consume these LCRs
Queue spill is present on the Cpature queue. This may be due to a high workload of LCRs for the Capture
to process and the Apply process may have been stopped.
When instance the Oracle instance is stopped then restarted and following this action, the propagation job
reports errors of form :
kwqpbdeq: Error 600 occured when deleting acked messagesfor queue:106939 destination:"<STRMADMIN_USER>"."<QUEUE>"@AQ$_LOCAL
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kwqbdrcp101], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
