Getting errors DRG-50857: Oracle Error In Drvddl.Indexcreate ORA-27477 "DR$VAULTTEXT_TEXT$J" Already Exists (Doc ID 1404265.1)

Symptoms

We started the instance with new ORACLE_HOME and deinstalled existing and re installed Oracle Text.

While creating below index, we are getting below error:
