Symptoms
When configuring the Oracle Database Gateway for TeraData 11.2 (DG4TERA) , the following errors message is displayed.
SQL> select * from dbc.dbcinfo@icwdev;

ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
