Root.sh Fails on Second Node with a 11.2.0.3 GI Cluster Installation as Network is Wrongly Setup

Symptoms


Installation of Grid Infrastructure for a cluster fails trying to start Cluster Synchronization Service on the second node.

ocssd.log on second node shows:
