Inconsistant Results When Listing / Writing To ACFS "No such file or directory" (Doc ID 1416403.1)

Symptoms



A shared application is on top of an ACFS file system.
The file system is mounted normaly by 2 nodes and  it is accessed via NFS mounts from the Application servers.


Intermittently gets errors like:

<HOSTNAME> @/: ls -ltrh
total 885M
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? <FILENAME>
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? <FILENAME>


or

<HOSTNAME> @ /: ls -ltrh
ls: .: No such file or directory





Application also fails because it is unable to read/write some files from ACFS filesystem
