Symptoms

Redo Log switching stopped due to following archival errors:

ORA-19510: failed to set size of 203 blocks for file ".../archivelog/2012_02_12/o1_mf_1_102_7mkjgtf7_.arc" (blocksize=512)
ORA-27086: unable to lock file - already in use
Linux-x86_64 Error: 37: No locks available
Additional information: 10
