Symptoms
After upgrading to 11.2.0.3, trying to export and import data into a database that has database vault enabled fails with ORA-01031.
The short error stack is:
kzvsesini <- kzvini <- kpdvinit <- kpoauth <- opiodr
showing that the session is not actually allowed to initialize.
The issue is reproducible only on 11.2.0.3 and higher.
Changes
Upgrade to 11.2.0.3 or higher. The issue does not reproduce in previous releases.
