After to have install a Fresh Branch Office 10.3.0.3.0 in F:\mobileclient, when you are trying to do file based sync.

File based sync failed with the below error.

"ERROR",CNS-9060,"02/17/2012 16:57:13","File based sync related error:5 Access is denied.","MARC2012"
