Symptoms

You are performing select and hang analysis operations in your database and notice the following errors being generated in the alert log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [PC:0x1069E54E4] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x1069E54E4] [Stack Overflow] []


The call stack in the trace will be similar to the following:
