Symptoms

"srvctl add nodeapps <options>" or "srvctl add network <options>" fails with the following:

PRCN-3008 : Failed to add or use registered network 1 with network subnet '10.206.0.0' because the network was already registered for network subnet '10.206.1.0'



The issue can cause root.sh or rootupgrade.sh failure while installing fresh of or upgrading to 11gR2 Grid Infrastructure.
