Node Number Changes After a Node is Removed and Added Back to a Cluster (Doc ID 1421675.1)

A node is having issue and gets removed from the cluster (CRS or GI) and subsequently added back, however, clusterware command "olsnodes -n" shows it's having a different node number:

Before the change:

olsnodes -n
racnode1 1
racnode2 2

After the change - node2 was removed and added back:

olsnodes -n
racnode1 1
racnode2 3
