ORA-07445 [kokmrwo()] When Executing Compound Queries (Doc ID 1422733.1)

Symptoms

Compound queries like:

SELECT
*
FROM
(
SELECT x FROM table1
INTERSECT/UNION/MINUS
SELECT y FROM table2
)
ORDER BY dbms_random.value
)
WHERE rownum < <n>

Or

SELECT x FROM table1
UNION ALL /INTERSECT/MINUS
SELECT y from table2
ORDER BY dbms_random.value



are failing with:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kokmrwo()+155] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x1] [PC:0x16B9A97] [Address not mapped to object] []

or

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qkeAddDependentExpr1]
 



Review of the generated tracefiles reveals a call stack similar to:

kokmrwo qkatrv qkatrv qkaset qkadrv qkadrv opitca kksFullTypeCheck rpiswu2 kksLoadChild kxsGetRuntimeLock kksfbc kkspsc0 kksParseCursor
