DML is Not Committed With PLSQL_DEBUG=TRUE With A Cursor Loop And Calling A Job In The Same Session (Doc ID 1424693.1)

Last updated on MAY 30, 2017

Applies to:

PL/SQL - Version to [Release 11.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Executing a stored procedure with a cursor loop that executes DML with PLSQL_DEBUG=TRUE may fail to commit the data when a DBMS_SCHEDULER job is executed in the same session. If PLSQL_DEBUG=FALSE or the call to execute the job is executed to run inside a new session then the data is committed correctly.

Upgraded to 11.2
