Dropping disk causes forcible dismount of diskgroup (Doc ID 1427343.1)

Symptoms

While dropping a disk for a diskgroup, the entire diskgroup was forcibly dismounted on other ASM instances.

Changes

1) An external redundancy diskgroup was mounted on ASM1.
2) The diskgroup was mounted on ASM2.
3) Initiated drop disk normal on ASM2.
4) After completion of rebalance,disk expel was initiated on ASM2.
5) ASM2 completed the disk offline for READ.
