You encounter the following error in a standby database:

ORA-00700: soft internal error, arguments: [kcbr_sabmr_status: in-memory corruption], [7], [40068], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Followed by:

Automatic block media recovery successful for (file# x, block# nnnnn)  -- (where x is the file number and nnnnn is the block)

The stack trace will be similar to the following:
