Issues with synonyms created in APPSRO (Application Read-Only) database user on XDB objects (Doc ID 1429943.1)

Symptoms

Scenario 1:

Clone process is getting ORA-600 [qmxqtmChkXQAtomMapSQL:2] running perl adcfgclone.pl dbconfig

Scenario 2:

Following objects are invalid:

SYS                  ALL_XSC_SECURITY_CLASS                                    VIEW
SYS                  DBA_NETWORK_ACLS                                          VIEW
SYS                  DBA_NETWORK_ACL_PRIVILEGES                       VIEW
SYS                  DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN                             PACKAGE BODY

Recompiling the views, raised ORA-3113 error, for example:

ALTER VIEW "SYS"."DBA_NETWORK_ACLS" COMPILE

The alert log contained the following:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qmtRemoveRef()+208] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xC] [PC:0x1005BC1B0] [Address not mapped to object] []

Scenario 3:

Attempting to run UTL_SMTP to send emails fails with error:  ERROR in qm_init_sga_pass1 [604] [1422]

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Scenerio 4:

Selecting from DBA_NETWORK_ACLS returns the error:

ORA-01775: looping chain of synonyms
