Symptoms

Since upgrade to 11.2.0.3, updating a column with a Text index fails with errors:

SQL> update jg3188_oracle_bug_for_text_src.bug set
bg_dev_comments=bg_dev_comments where bg_bug_id=1;

1 row updated.

SQL> commit;
commit
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50610: internal error: drexdsync
DRG-10607: index meta data is not ready yet for queuing DML
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.SYNCRN", line 1
ORA-06512: at line 1

Changes

Database has been upgraded from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3.
This works fine on 11.2.0.2 with <Patch 11822454> installed.
