Mdsys and XDB Objects Missing After Database Platform Migration (Doc ID 1431699.1)

Symptoms

Using Transportable Tablespace Operation as explained in:
Cross Platform Transportable Tablespaces on 11i with 10gR2 (Doc ID 454574.1)

Objects in MDSYS and XDB are missing in the TARGET database.

From the MDSYS schema:
Types SDO_CART_TEXT and SDO_INDEX_METHOD_TEMP are not present.

From XDB Schema:
Type PATHIDSET_T, Packages: DBMS_XDBT and XMLTM_FUNCIMPL are not present.
