Symptoms

After an upgrade or new installation of Database Gateway for DRDA (DG4DRDA) 11.2.0.3 the following error is received on any query through the gateway if a manual bind of the gateway package is performed instead of an automatic bind:

ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
[Oracle][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver][DB2]AUTHORIZATION ERROR BIND DVFIS01. UCCMVSBQ.NULLID.DDOS510A.(01) BINDADD
{HY000,NativeErr = -567}
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from DRDA_LINK

If an automatic bind has been made the following error happens when trying to connect as a different user from that which made the bind -

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
[Oracle][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver][DB2]BIND ADD ERROR; PACKAGE <package_name>
ALREADY EXISTS. DB2F.ORACLEGTW.DD999.(01) {HY000,NativeErr = -719}
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from <db_link>

Changes

Upgrade or a new install of DG4DRDA 11.2.0.3.
