v$parameter.ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE ='FALSE' for use_large_pages is incorrect (Doc ID 1433723.1)

Symptoms

1.  Parameter USE_LARGE_PAGES can be modified at the instance level; however, both 11.2.0.2 and 11.2.0.3 environments shows ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE as false in the query below:



2.  Also, the parameter USE_LARGE_PAGES is not found in 11.2.0.2 or above Oracle documentation.
