Symptoms

DataPump import (impdp) fails with the following errors:

UDI-03113: operation generated ORACLE error 3113
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel


Alert.log shows the following information:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [pfrins()+176] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x28] [PC:0x10726AD90] [Address not mapped to object] []

Changes

The problems occurred after running catproc.sql
