Executing the $OH/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql script to recompile objects fails with:

ORA-03113 and associated ORA-07445 error stack such as:

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x50] [PC:0x107AB9E28, kglLockHandle()+8] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file /ora/admin/SIDNAME/diag/rdbms/cramer12/SIDNAME/trace/SIDNAME_ora_4104.trc (incident=55440):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kglLockHandle()+8] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x50] [PC:0x107AB9E28] [Address not mapped to object] []
Incident details in: /ora/admin/SIDNAME/diag/rdbms/cramer12/SIDNAME/incident/incdir_55440/SIDNAME_ora_4104_i55440.trc

*generic reference "SIDNAME" used in place of actual instance name
