Upon installing a new client against a 10.3 server the patch ( in this case <Patch: 11880517>) does not get automatically applied. After the install if you sync or run upgrade.exe it finds the patch to install. Is this how it is supposed to work? Or is the patch supposed to be applied at install time, without the need for further steps?
