Oracle Text Doesn't Index Negative Numbers When "-" is Specified as a Printjoin (Doc ID 1437995.1)

If a hyphen is defined as a printjoin character in Oracle Text, negative numbers will get indexed as a positive number and queries on the negative number will not return expected results.
