After setting the parameters SEC_USER_AUDIT_ACTION_BANNER and  SEC_USER_UNAUTHORIZED_ACCESS_BANNER the sqlplus connections to the database are failing. The following message(taken from the file pointed to by the parameters)  is generated through sqlplus and then the connection fails:
