ORA-07445 [pevm_MOVC_i] while running XML Extract with Banner SunGard Application (Doc ID 1438522.1)

Symptoms


When trying to extract an XML file with the administrative software, Banner SunGard, consistently encounter an ORA-03113 error, with the following: Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Invalid permissions for mapped object].

Alert log shows:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [pevm_MOVC_i()+768] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xA] [PC:0x4000000004157D40] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []

And the trace file generated shows:
