Goal

From Oracle 11g Release 1, "SQL Plan Management" (SPM) records and evaluates the execution plans of SQL statements over time to maintain and manage Plan Stability. This mechanism can build a SQL plan baseline, which is a set of accepted plans for a SQL statement.
