DataPump Import (IMPDP) Over NETWORK_LINK Is Sometimes Very Slow (Doc ID 1439691.1)

Goal

Source: Oracle 10.2. on AIX (AIX-HACMP)
Target: Oracle 11.2 on Linux (Using Linux Pacemaker)

On target server DataPump import (IMPDP) was started using the parameter NETWORK_LINK. The import writes about 1GB per minute but sometimes the DataPump import runs very slow and about 24MB per minute.

The alert log shows ORA-27090 error.
