Database instance startup is much slower after upgraded from pre-11gR2 to 11gR2, likely symptoms are:
- dbw0 high wait on "Disk file operations I/O"
- dbw0 call stack
.. system diskown_partinfo diskown_get_owner skgfrlvmchk ..
.. lstat ftw _devnm diskown_target_path diskown_get_owner skgfrlvmchk ..
- Large number of raw device being used for database
- DBW0 could hold CF enqueue and block others
