Only ohasd.bin is running and the rest of Grid Infrastructure processes are not starting (Doc ID 1445182.1)

Symptoms

The GI is not starting up:


"ps -ef | grep init" shows "/bin/sh /etc/init.d/init.ohasd run"
"ps -ef | grep d.bin" shows only "$ORACLE_HOME/bin/ohasd.bin reboot"

The ohasd.log shows that gpnpd and mdnsd can not start (as others depend on it so won't start).
