Symptoms
After upgrading the grid infrastructure to 11.2.0.3, 11.2.0.2 database instances fail to come up.
Alert log file shows, startup hangs at the mount stage . The call stack of DSKM indicates, it was trying to communicate
with the clusterware diskmon process.
