Unable to start up the 11.1.0.7 RAC database instances:

All ASM instances (clustered) are up and running and have all needed ASM disk groups mounted.

Upgraded the Grid Infrastructure (GI) home from 11.2.0.2.0 to 11.2.0.3.0.
