Symptoms
Unable to drop CDC Change Source using DROP_CHANGE_SOURCE and Returns ORA-26668,already dropped change table,change set and subscriptions successfully.
exec dbms_cdc_publish.drop_change_source(change_source_name => 'CHNGSRC')
Error report:
ORA-26668: STREAMS process CDC$P_CD_TEST exists
