Symptoms
Performance degradation after upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5 or upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.1.0.7 or upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.1 on indexing or synchronizing documents with AUTO_FILTER or filtering timeout errors for larger PDF files in ctx_user_index_errors view like
Changes
Database was upgraded:
from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5
or
from 10.2.0.4 to 11.1.0.7
or
from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.1.
