SWITCH_FOR_CALL Option in Resource Manager does not work (Doc ID 1451835.1)

Symptoms

SWITCH_FOR_CALL = TRUE is set in a resource manager plan directive. Thus, the sessions are automatically switched to another consumer group when a switch criteria is met (SWITCH_TIME).

The problem occurs when the current top-level call completes. The Resource Manager does not return the session to its original resource consumer group.

The SWITCH_FOR_CALL works fine when PL/SQL is involved in the statement and does not work for other simple queries.
