ORA-7445 [kgllkmi()] On RAC (Doc ID 1452428.1)

The following error is reported in the alert log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgllkmi()+440] [SIGSEGV] [unknown code] [0xC0000011AA491658] [] []

Alternatively an ORA-600 [kglssr_1] error can also occur prior to the ORA-7445 if the fix for unpublished bug:4528014 is not installed (see <Note:395955.1), for example in versions below

Prior to the errors occurring, another session will have silently generated a trace file containing the following text "FOUND UNEXPECTED LIBRARY CACHE LOCK".


Replication and multi-branch distributed transactions are being used.
