When try to connect to an user in grace period get a warning like, "ORA-28002: the password will expire within 55 days"
When use OCILogon does return with OCI_SUCCESS_WITHINFO go get a connection expect to get a valid handle if the call was successful.
OCILogon does return with OCI_SUCCESS_WITHINFO - which is considered to be a success for all practical purpose expect that there is an associated warning or information. But OCILogon is not returning us a valid handle, hence any subsequent OCI call fails with "Invalid handle"
