Starting with Oracle Database, the Incident Package System (IPS) can trigger a Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) collection when finalizing an incident package. RDA derives the collection requirements from the incident using rules. It suppresses all interactive dialogs during the setup and the data collection. The resulting RDA package becomes embedded into Incident package. So customers can upload all in one to support for further analyze.

This article explains requirements and how to setup this functionality. Once setup the functionality is available for all IPS calls (ADRCI and SWB)
