Symptoms

DataPump or DBMS_METADATA.GET_DDL returns "ORA-1867 the interval is invalid" when To Month Interval partition is used

Example:

PARTITION BY RANGE ("TEST_DATESTAMP") INTERVAL (INTERVAL'+0-1'YEAR(1)TO MONTH)
