Symptoms
- An INSERT statement fails with:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qersoProcessULS()+104] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x1B1] [PC:0x10637D2C8] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
- Review of the generated tracefiles reveals a call stack similar to:
