Symptoms

List celldisk and griddisk report proactive failure, but list physicaldisk and LUN show normal status.
The Errors also shows incorrect celldisk and LUN mapping

 

Changes

Nothing was specifically changed. e.g output :

From the output we can see the celldisk reporting the status as "proactive failure" , while physical disk shows the status as "normal".

We can also see the the mapping are incorrect i.e  LUN : 0_8 has celldisk name CD_06_*.
