Symptoms

Executing a select sql statement using SQL Server and the Oracle Provider for OLE DB and trying to retrieve more than 100 rows of data fails with the following errors:

OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "MSROCC" returned message "".

Msg 7346, Level 16, State 2, Line 1
Cannot get the data of the row from the OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "<Linked Server Name>".

ORA-01403: no data found
