High Memory Usage By Encryption Processes (TDE) Consuming Swap Space Reducing Free Memory Drastically (Doc ID 1464584.1)

Symptoms

You have recently upgraded from Oracle 9.2 without Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) to Oracle 11.2.0.3 with TDE.
You have notice that from this TDE implementation, the processes memory grow and grow in the heap.

There is no memory increase is noted at database level, the v$process shows normal PGA allocation for the processes.
However, the swap space is continually being consumed until the point where the server will crash.
