You have recently upgraded from Oracle 9.2 without Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) to Oracle 126.96.36.199 with TDE.
You have notice that from this TDE implementation, the processes memory grow and grow in the heap.
There is no memory increase is noted at database level, the v$process shows normal PGA allocation for the processes.
However, the swap space is continually being consumed until the point where the server will crash.
- Migration from 9i to 11gR2.
- Moved from non-TDE to TDE.
