DBMS_SNAPSHOT.REFRESH Gets Executed for Non Existent MVIEW when NESTED := TRUE

CASE 1(Not expected):
1. Refresh of the MView with NESTED parameter TRUE:(Bogus object 'abc' is used which does not exist in the database)
The issue can be reproduced with execute dbms_mview.refresh specifying an mview name which does not exist in that schema.
