Using Tibco Staffware

EMON hangs and notifications are no longer delivered, turning on tracing shows error 12597.

and ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kpceopen1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Problem is observed mainly in RAC environments.

Bouncing the database resolves the issue temporarily
