MSQL is returning a row when it shouldnt i.e.
Create table testable (col1 number(2), col2 varchar(10));
Insert into testable values (1, ’test’);
Select * from testable where (col1 like ’2’ or col2 like ’2’) and col1 =1;
and should not return any results, but in fact it returns.
