Symptoms

Insert data into tables with secure LOB or CLOB columns hang.

OEM or system state dumps will show the wait event for the insert statement is sqlnet break or reset.

A break or reset will be seen in both the client and server sqlnet traces.

The sqlnet client trace would stop at nttfprd: entry waiting on the server
